I have been doing massage since 2011 after receiving my Occupational Associate of Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage while living in FL. I have helped countless people feel better and relieved their pain, see what they have to say here! After moving to Jefferson City, TN in 2017, I diligently pursued my license here so I could continue to do what I love - help people feel better and relieve their pain! Until moving to TN, I had always worked in conjunction with a chiropractor and find great reward in helping clients with physical problems. While I enjoy a challenge, I also give a wonderful relaxation massage and I prefer to integrate many different techniques to custom tailor the massage to fit the client’s needs and preferences. When in school, I had the privilege of working on professional and collegiate athletes and since then have also worked with bodybuilders. I use PNF stretching to employ the client’s own body to relax itself. Some of the continuing education that I have taken focused on the neck, shoulders, and back, and I am able to help those with TMJ disorder or other jaw pain/headache issues associated with tightness in the face and head. I've also taken continuing education on cupping techniques and am able to integrate cups into a massage session if desired. I love learning new techniques and ways to further help my clients.
I am a native of Long Island, NY, but spent half my life in Florida and also lived in the Chicago suburbs before finding my forever home here in East TN. My husband and I love raising our children surrounded by the natural beauty and outdoor opportunities that the area has to offer.
